Lost Landscapes

Lost Landscapes is a series of five painted landscapes, completely or partially wrapped in black foil. It was inspired by a personal experience of quarantine. Subjected to disinfection processes and becoming part of a complex biotope, the images began to ask what are they as objects and what do they represent. The foil encourages reflection on the symbolic black matter in the context of the natural environment, art, social reality during the epidemic and, finally, a personal creative path. Like a curtain in an incessant presentation of the changing world, it heralds another act.
